Period of Shutdown of the Environment and Resources Authority

Offices Regulations, 2017

BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by articles 54 and 55 of

the Environment Protection Act, the Minister for Sustainable

Development, the Environment and Climate Change, after

consultation with the Environment and Resources Authority, has

made the following regulations:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — 111 tal-2017 – Regolamenti tal-2017 dwar il-Perjodu tal-Għeluq tal-Uffiċċji tal-Awtorità għall-Ambjent u r-Riżorsi Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Period of Shutdown of

the Environment and Resources Authority Offices Regulations, 2017.

Reg. 2 Period of Shutdown. — 111 tal-2017 – Regolamenti tal-2017 dwar il-Perjodu tal-Għeluq tal-Uffiċċji tal-Awtorità għall-Ambjent u r-Riżorsi Open official source

(1)

The period of shutdown of the Environment and

Resources Authority Offices shall be from the 24th December of one

year till the 1st January of the next following year.

(2) The period mentioned in sub-regulation (1) shall suspend

any time-frame prescribed by any regulation under the Act.
