AIRCRAFT REGISTRATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2016

(ACT No. LII of 2016)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 2(2), 28(2),

38(2), 42(2) and 44(2) of the Aircraft Registration (Amendment) Act,

2016 the Minister for Transport and Infrastructure, the Minister for

Justice, Culture and Local Government and the Minister for Finance

have established the 13th April, 2017 as the date when all the

provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
