(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2010

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 39(2) of the

Various Laws (Criminal Matters) Amendment) Act, 2010, the

Minister for Transport and Infrastructure has established the 22nd

March, 2016 as the date when the provisions of articles 45 and 47 of

the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
