COMMISSIONER OF LAND ORDINANCE

(CAP. 169)

Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities)

(No. 4) (Amendment) Order, 2016

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the

Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made

the following order:-

The title of this Order is the Commissioner of Land

(Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) (No. 4) (Amendment) Order, 2016

and this order shall be read and construed as one with the

Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) (No. 4)

Order, 2016, hereinafter referred to as the "principal Order".

Article 4 of the principal Order shall be substituted by the

The land referred to in article 2 of this Order

(a)

an area of land, including any building

thereon, at Pietà shown bordered in red on plan

P.D.2016_0071, which plan is enrolled in the

Records of Notary Tania Spiteri by virtue of a deed

of the 8 th March 2016;

(b)

an area of land, including any building

thereon, at Rabat (Victoria), Gozo shown bordered

in red on plan P.D.2016_0070, which plan is

enrolled in the Records of Notary Tania Spiteri by

virtue of a deed of the 8 th March 2016.".
