COMMISSIONER OF LAND ORDINANCE

(CAP. 169)

Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities)

(No. 4) Order, 2016

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the

Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made

the following order:-

The title of this Order is the Commissioner of Land

(Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) (No. 4) Order, 2016.

The lands described in article 4 of this Order are hereby

specified for the purpose of article 2 of the Commissioner of Land

Ordinance.

The rights and responsibilities relating to the lands

specified in article 4 of this Order shall, with effect from 8th March

2016, be deemed to have been exercised by Malta Industrial Parks

Limited (C 28965) as provided in the aforesaid article 2 of the

Ordinance.

The properties referred to in article 2 of this order are -

(a)

an area of land, including any building thereon, at

Pietà shown bordered in red on plan P.D.2016_0071, which plan

is enrolled in the Records of Notary Marisa Grech by virtue of a

deed of the 8 th March 2016; and

(b)

an area of land, including any building thereon, at

Rabat (Victoria), Gozo shown bordered in red on plan

P.D.2016_0070, which plan is enrolled in the Records of Notary

Marisa Grech by virtue of a deed of the 8 th March 2016.
