Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities)
(No. 2) Order, 2016
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the
Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made
the following order:-
The title of this Order is the Commissioner of Land
(Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) (No. 2) Order, 2016.
The land described in article 4 of this Order is hereby
specified for the purpose of article 2 of the Commissioner of Land
Ordinance.
The rights and responsibilities relating to the land specified
in article 4 of this Order shall, with effect from 1st December 2015,
be transferred back to the Commissioner of Lands as provided for in
article 2 of the Ordinance and all rights and responsibilities pertaining
to the Kunsill Malti għall-Isport, by virtue of the Sports Act shall
cease to exist.
The property referred to in article 2 of this order is a site at
Għajn Dwieli, Paola, registered as Property No. E26998 and as
indicated edged red on PD 2012_89 which plan was attached to Legal
Notice 450 of 2012.
