Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities)
Order, 2016
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the
Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made
the following order:-
The title of this Order is the Commissioner of Land Citation.
(Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) Order, 2016.
The property herein described in article 4 of this Order is Designated
being specifically described for the purpose of article 2 of the property.
Commissioner of Lands Ordinance.

The rights and responsibilities relating to the land specified

in article 4 of this Order shall, with effect from 1st February 2016, be
transferred back to the Commissioner of Lands as provided for in
article 2 of the Ordinance and all rights and responsibilities pertaining
to Sportmalta, by virtue of the Sports Act, shall cease to exist.
The property referred to in article 2 of this Order is the
following, that is to say, a Boċċi Complex in Mater Boni Consigli
Street, Paola, having no number, accessible from the same Mater
Boni Consigli Street, and which Boċċi Complex consists of a boċċi
pitch and a Club House, measuring approximately six hundred and
eleven square metres, having its registered property number 78707
and which is marked on the lands division site plan L.D. 44/99/1.
