Authorisations (Suspension, Refusal and Revocation)
(Amendment) Regulations, 2016
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 37(1) of the
Regulator for Energy and Water Services Act, the Minister for Energy
and Health, after consultation with the Regulator for Energy and
Water Services, has made the following regulations:-
The title of these regulations is the Authorisations
(Suspension, Refusal and Revocation) (Amendment) Regulations,
2016, and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with
the Authorisations (Suspension, Refusal and Revocation) Regulations
hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".
In the definition "authorised provider" in regulation 2 of
the principal regulations, for the words "relating to energy, water or
mineral resources" there shall be substituted the words "relating to
energy or water".
In regulation 3 of the principal regulations, for the words
"relating to energy, water or mineral resources" there shall be
substituted the words "relating to energy or water".
