Conservation of Wild Birds (Declaration of the Autumn

Hunting Season for Turtle Dove) Regulations, 2016

BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 61 of the

Environment and Development Planning Act, and in terms of the

provisions of the fourth proviso of regulation 10(6) of the

Conservation of Wild Birds Regulations, the Minister for Sustainable

Development, the Environment and Climate Change has made the

following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Conservation of Wild Citation.
