Correction of Laws Order, 2016
(Sports (Amendment) Act, 2016 - Act VI of 2016)
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 4(3) and 7(3) of
the Statute Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made
the following corrections

Reg. 1 Correction to the Sports (Amendment) Act, 2016. Act VI of 2016. — Correction of Laws Order, 2016

The following corrections shall be made to the Sports
(Amendment) Act, 2016, that is to say, wherever the words "Sport
Malta" occur in the said Act they shall be substituted by the word
"SportMalta".

The Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government
has established the 22nd January, 2016, as the date on which the
corrections made by the Law Commission and published in this Legal
Notice shall be deemed to have come into force.
