Drugs Control (Amendment) Regulations, 2016

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 40A of the

Medical Kindred Professions Ordinance, the Parliamentary Secretary

for Health has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Drugs Control

(Amendment) Regulations, 2016 and these regulations shall be read

and construed as one with the Drugs Control Regulations, hereinafter

referred to as "the principal regulations".

In the First Schedule to the principal regulations, under the
