(CIVIL PROCEDURE) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2016

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Various Laws (Justice Reform) (Civil Procedure) (Amendment) Act,

2016, the Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government has

established the 15th February, 2016 as the date when the provisions of

the said Act, except article 22 thereof, shall come into force, so

however that the provisions of article 21 thereof are to apply only to

demands - for the issue of warrants - which are made after the 15th

February, 2016.
