Extension of Applicability to Service with Government

(Recognition of Trade Unions) Regulations, 2016

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 48(1) of the

Employment and Industrial Relations Act, the Prime Minister has

made the following Regulations -

Unions) Regulations, 2016.

Reg. 2 Applicability to Government. — Extension of Applicability to Service with Government Open official source

Article 48 (2) of the Employment and Industrial Relations

Act, in so far as it is the empowering provision by virtue of which the

Recognition of Trade Unions Regulations, 2016, were issued, shall be

applicable to service with the government.
