Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(2) of the

Electronic Register (Termination of Mandates) Regulations, 2016, the

Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government has established

the 2nd December, 2016 as the date when all the provisions of the

said Regulations shall be deemed to have come into force.
