MALTA ARMED FORCES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2016

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Malta Armed Forces (Amendment) Act, 2016, the Minister for Home

Affairs and National Security has established the 6th December,

2016, as the date when all the provisions of the said Act shall be

deemed to have come into force.
