Correction of Laws Order, 2016

(Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance - Cap. 31)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 4(3) and 7(3) of

the Statute Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made

the following correction

In Part A of the Third Schedule to the Medical and

Kindred Professions Ordinance, there shall be made the following

correction, that is to say for the name "JWH-08" in the First Column

thereof there shall be substituted the name "JWH-018".

The Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government

has established the 5th February, 2016, as the date on which the

correction made by the Law Commission and published in this Legal

Notice shall be deemed to have come into force.
