Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Criminal Code (Amendment No. 2) Act, 2016, the Minister for

Justice, Culture and Local Government has established the 28th

November, 2016 as the date when all the provisions of the said Act

shall come into force.
