Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 3 of 1999)

(Amendment) Order, 2016

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Housing

Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 3 of 1999) Open official source

The title of this order is the Housing Authority (Transfer of

Assets) (No. 3 of 1999) Order (Amendment) Order, 2016, and this

Order shall be read and construed as one with the Housing Authority

1999. (Transfer of Assets) (No. 3) Order, 1999, hereinafter referred to as

"the principal Order".
