STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT, 1980

(ACT NO. IX OF 1980)

Correction of Laws Order, 2016

(Excise Duty Act, Cap. 382)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the Statute

Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the

following correction

In sub-article (4) of article 29A of the Excise Duty Act

there shall be made the following correction whereby for the words

"to the Excise Duty Appeals Board" there shall be substituted the

words "to the Administrative Review Tribunal".

The Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government

has appointed the 1st June, 2010, as the date on which the correction

made by the Law Commission and published by this Legal Notice

shall come into force.
