Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(2) of the

Payment of Fees to Jurors (Amendment) Regulations, 2016, the

Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government has established

the 17th October, 2016 as the date when all the provisions of the said

Regulations shall be deemed to have come into force.
