Legal Aid Agency (Establishment) (Amendment) Order, 2016

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 36(1) of the

Public Administration Act, the Prime Minister has made the

following regulations:-

The title of this Order is the Legal Aid Agency

(Establishment) (Amendment) Order, 2016, and this Order shall be

read and construed as one with the Legal Aid Agency (Establishment)

Order, hereinafter referred to as "the principal Order".

In the Maltese version of article 2 of the principal Order,

for the words "gil-Ministeru" there shall be substituted the words "fil-

Ministeru".

Article 4 of the principal Order shall be amended as

follows

(a)

in the Maltese version of paragraph (f) of sub-

article (1) thereof, for the word "sudji" in there shall be

substituted the word "studji";

(b)

in the Maltese version of paragraph (g) of sub-

article (1) thereof, for the words "it-taħtiġ" there shall be

substituted the words "it-taħriġ", and for the word "min" there

shall be substituted the word "minn"; and

(c)

in-sub-article (2) thereof the words "with the

Director General Courts," shall be deleted.

In article 9 of the principal Order the words "/Director

General of the Law Courts" shall be deleted.
