COMMISSIONER FOR OLDER PERSONS ACT, 2016

(ACT X OF 2016)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Commissioner for Older Persons Act, 2016, the Minister for the

Family and Social Solidarity has established the 15th October, 2016

as the date when all the provisions of the said Act shall come into

force.
