Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Members of the Judiciary (Pensions) Act, the Minister for Justice,

Culture and Local Government has established the 3rd October, 2016

as the date when all the provisions of the said Act shall come into

force.
