Public Administration Act (Amendment of Second Schedule)

Order, 2016

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 8 of the Public

Administration Act, the Prime Minister has made the following

Order:-

The title of this Order is the Public Administration Act

(Amendment of Second Schedule) Order, 2016, and this Order shall

be read and construed as one with the Second Schedule to the Public

Administration Act, hereinafter referred to as "the Second Schedule".

In the Second Schedule to the Public Administration Act,

for the following entry

Director General

To provide a

effective manner "

there shall be substituted the following new entry

and coordinate

industrial relations "
