PROBATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2016

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Probation (Amendment) Act, 2016, the Minister for Home Affairs

and National Security has established the 30th September, 2016, as

the date when all the provisions of the said Act shall be deemed to

have come into force.
