Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 4) Order, 2016

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Housing

Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order:-

The title of this order is the Housing Authority (Transfer of Citation.

Assets) (No. 4) Order, 2016.

The property described in article 4 of this Order is hereby Specified

specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act. property.

The property specified in article 2 of this Order shall be Appointed day.

transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the

aforesaid article with effect from the 25th of August, 2016.

The property referred to in article 2 of this Order is the Description of

A block, known as Block A1 consisting of six flats,

of which three are being excluded from the transfer as they were

already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq il-Marg,

Attard. This block is bounded on the South-West by Trejqa tax-

Xagħri, on the North-West by a public open space and on the

South-East by Triq il-Marg. Flat numbered 2 is registered with

the Government as Tenement bearing number 72705 and flats

numbered 5 and 6 are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 72708 and 72709. This block falls

on Government property formerly part of Tenement No. 50195

and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked

“BLOCK A1” on plan P.D. 2016_0847 (HAA 80/2016).

A block, known as Block A2 consisting of six flats,

of which one is being excluded from the transfer as it was

already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq l-Isptar,

Attard. This block is bounded on the South-West and on the

North-West by a public open space and on the North-East by a

public passage off Triq l-Isptar. Flats numbered 2 to 6 are

registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers

72711 to 72715. This block falls on Government property

formerly part of Tenement No. 50195 and the whole block is

shown edged in red and marked “BLOCK A2” on plan P.D.

A block, known as Block A4 consisting of six flats

in Triq l-Isptar, Attard and this block is bounded on the South-

West and on the South-East by a public open space and on the

North-East by a public passage off Triq l-Isptar. Flats numbered

1 to 6 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing

numbers 72722 to 72727. This block falls on Government

property formerly part of Tenement No. 50195 and on land

acquired by Deed No. 261/77 dated 14th December 1977 in the

acts of Notary A. Grech and the whole block is shown edged in

red and marked “BLOCK A4” on plan P.D. 2016_0881 (HAA

82/2016).

A block, known as Block A5 consisting of six flats

in Triq l-Isptar, Attard and this block is bounded on the South-

West and on the North-West by a public open space and on the

North-East by a public passage off Triq l-Isptar. Flats numbered

1 to 6 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing

numbers 72728 to 72733. This block falls on Government

property formerly part of Tenement No. 50195 and on land

acquired by Deed No. 261/77 dated 14th December 1977 in the

acts of Notary A. Grech and the whole block is shown edged in

red and marked “BLOCK A5” on plan P.D. 2016_0882 (HAA

83/2016).

A block, known as Block 2 consisting of twenty-

one flats, of which one is being excluded from the transfer as it

was already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq l-

Arċisqof Mattei and Triq iż-Żewġ Mini, Misraħ George

Mitrovich, Isla. This block is bounded on the South-West by

Triq l-Arċisqof Mattei, on the South-East by Misraħ George

Mitrovich and on the North-East by Triq iż-Żewġ Mini. Flat

numbered 1 is registered with the Government as Tenement

bearing number 62462 and flats numbered 3 to 21 are registered

with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 62464 to

62482. This block falls on Government property acquired by

President’s Declaration No. 982 dated 22nd November 2006 and

the whole block is shown edged in red on plan P.D. 2016_0878

(HAA 230/2011).

A block, known as Block A2 consisting of six flats,

of which three are being excluded from the transfer as they were

already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq is-Sifa,

Mellieħa. This block is bounded on the South-West and on the

North-West by a public open space and on the North-East by

Triq is-Sifa. Flats numbered 1, 3 and 6 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 69272, 69274 and

69277 respectively. This block falls on Government property

formerly part of Tenement No. 50222 portion 14 and the whole

block is shown edged in red and marked “BLOCK A2” on plan

P.D. 2016_0844 (HAA 113/2011).

A block, known as Block B1 consisting of six flats

in Triq is-Sifa, Mellieħa and is bounded on the South-West and

on the North-West by a public open space and on the North-East

by Triq is-Sifa. Flats numbered 1 to 5 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 69283 to 69287 and

flat numbered 6 is registered with the Government as Tenement

bearing number X50529. This block falls on Government

property formerly part of Tenement No. 50222 portion 14 and

the whole block is shown edged in red and marked “BLOCK

B1” on plan P.D. 2016_0845 (HAA 78/2016).

A block, known as Block B3 consisting of six flats,

of which two are being excluded from the transfer as they were

already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq Vincenzo

Ciappara, Mellieħa. This block is bounded on the North-West

and on the North-East by a public open space and on the South-

West by Triq Vincenzo Ciappara. Flats numbered 3 to 6 are

registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers

70118 to 70121. This block falls on Government property

formerly part of Tenement No. 50222 portion 14 and the whole

block is shown edged in red and marked “BLOCK B3” on plan

P.D. 2016_0880 (HAA 57/2011).

A block, known as Block A4 consisting of seven

flats, of which one is being excluded from the transfer as it was

already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq il-Muna,

Mellieħa. This block is bounded on the South-West by Triq

Vincenzo Ciappara, on the North-West by Triq il-Muna and on

the North-East by a public open space. Flats numbered 1 and 1A

are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing

numbers 70102 and 70103 respectively and flats numbered 3 to

6 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing

numbers 70105 to 70108. This block falls on Government

property formerly part of Tenement No. 50222 portion 14 and

the whole block is shown edged in red and marked “BLOCK

A4” on plan P.D. 2016_0841 (HAA 103/2011).

(10) A block, known as Block E, Entrance B consisting

of eight flats, of which three are being excluded from the

transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal

notice, in Binja Indipendenza, Triq il-Qalbiena, San Ġwann.

This block is bounded on the North-East and on the South-West

by Government property on the South-East by Triq il-Qalbiena.

Flats numbered 1 and 2 are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 76744 and 76745 respectively, flats

numbered 4 and 5 are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 76747 and 76748 respectively and

flat numbered 8 is registered with the Government as Tenement

bearing number 76751. This block falls on Government

property acquired by the Building Development Area Act, 1983

(Act I of 1983) and the whole block is shown edged in red and

marked “Block E” on plan P.D. 2016_0797 (HAA 54/2016).

(11) A block, known as Block E, Entrance F consisting

of eight flats, of which one is being excluded from the transfer

as it was already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Binja

Indipendenza, Triq taż-Żwejt, San Ġwann. This block is

bounded on the North-West by Triq id-Disgħa ta’ Frar 1799, on

the South-West by Triq taż-Żwejt and on the South-East by Triq

il-Qalbiena. Flats numbered 1 to 5 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 76752 to 76756 and

flats numbered 7 and 8 are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 76758 and 76759 respectively. This

block falls on Government property acquired by the Building

Development Area Act, 1983 (Act I of 1983) and the whole

block is shown edged in red and marked “Block E” on plan P.D.

(12) A block, known as Block F, Entrance A consisting

of eight flats, of which one is being excluded from the transfer

as it was already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Binja

21 ta’ Settembru 1964, Triq Dun Frans Camilleri, San Ġwann.

This block is bounded on the North-West and on the South-West

by Government property and on the South-East by Triq Dun

Frans Camilleri. Flats numbered 1 to 5 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 76688 to 76692 and

flats registered 7 and 8 are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 76694 and 76695 respectively. This

block falls on Government property acquired by the Building

Development Area Act, 1983 (Act I of 1983) and the whole

block is shown edged in red and marked “Block F” on plan P.D.

(13) A block, known as Block F, Entrance B consisting

of eight flats in Binja 21 ta’ Settembru 1964, Triq Dun Frans

Camilleri, San Ġwann and this block is bounded on the North-

West and on the South-West by Government property and on the

South-East by Triq Dun Frans Camilleri. Flats numbered 1 to 8

are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing

numbers 76696 to 76703. This block falls on Government

property acquired by the Building Development Area Act, 1983

(Act I of 1983) and the whole block is shown edged in red and

marked “Block F” on plan P.D. 2016_0784 (HAA 56/2016).

(14) A block, known as Block F, Entrance C consisting

of eight flats, of which one is being excluded from the transfer

as it was already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Binja

21 ta’ Settembru 1964, Misraħ Vincenzo Borg Brared, San

Ġwann. This block is bounded on the North-West by Triq il-

Qalbiena, on the North-East by Misraħ Vincenzo Borg Brared

and on the South-East by Triq Dun Frans Camilleri. Flats

numbered 2 to 8 are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 76705 to 76711. This block falls on

Government property acquired by the Building Development

Area Act, 1983 (Act I of 1983) and the whole block is shown

edged in red and marked “Block F” on plan P.D. 2016_0790

(HAA 57/2016).

(15) A block, known as Block F, Entrance D consisting

of eight flats, of which three are being excluded from the

transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal

notice, in Binja 21 ta’ Settembru 1964, Triq il-Qalbiena, San

Ġwann. This block is bounded on the South-West and on the

South-East by Government property and on the North-West by

Triq il-Qalbiena. Flats numbered 1 and 2 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 76712 and 76713

respectively and flats numbered 5 to 7 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 76716 to 76718.

This block falls on Government property acquired by the

Building Development Area Act, 1983 (Act I of 1983) and the

whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block F” on

plan P.D. 2016_0783 (HAA 58/2016).

(16) A block, known as Block F, Entrance E consisting

of eight flats in Binja 21 ta’ Settembru 1964, Triq il-Qalbiena,

San Ġwann and this block is bounded on the South-West and on

the South-East by Government property and on the North-West

by Triq il-Qalbiena. Flats numbered 1 to 8 are registered with

the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 76720 to 76727.

This block falls on Government property acquired by the

Building Development Area Act, 1983 (Act I of 1983) and the

whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block F” on

plan P.D. 2016_0782 (HAA 59/2011).

of eight flats, of which one is being excluded from the transfer

as it was already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Binja

21 ta’ Settembru 1964, Triq taż-Żwejt, San Ġwann. This block

is bounded on the North-West by Triq il-Qalbiena, on the South-

West by Triq taż-Żwejt and on the South-East by Triq Dun

Frans Camilleri. Flats numbered 1 to 6 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 76728 to 76733 and

flat numbered 8 is registered as Tenement bearing number

76735. This block falls on Government property acquired by the

Building Development Area Act, 1983 (Act I of 1983) and the

whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block F” on
