COMMISSIONER OF LAND ORDINANCE

Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities)

(No. 6) Order, 2016

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the

Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made

the following order:-

The title of this Order is the Commissioner of Land

(Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) (No. 6) Order, 2016.

The lands described in article 4 of this Order are hereby

specified for the purpose of article 2 of the Commissioner of Land

Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as "the Ordinance".

The rights and liabilities in respect of the land specified in

article 4 of this Order shall, with effect from the 20th July 2016, be

deemed to have ceased to be exercised by Malta Industrial Parks

Limited (C 28965) and shall be transferred back to the Commissioner

of Land as provided in the aforesaid article 2 of the Ordinance.

The land referred to in article 2 of this Order is an area of

land, including any building thereon, at Birzebbugia shown bordered

in red on plan P.D.2016_0806, which plan is enrolled in the Records

of Notary Anthony Hili by virtue of a deed of the 20th July 2016.
