POLICE LICENCES ACT

(CAP. 128)

Police Licences (Amendment) Regulations, 2016

BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Police

Licences Act, the Minister for Home Affairs and National Security

has made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Police Licences Citation.

(Amendment) Regulations, 2016, and these regulations shall be read

and construed as one with the Police Licences Regulations, S.L. 128.01

hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

(2) These regulations shall come into force on such date as the

Minister responsible for the Police may, by Notice in the Gazette,

establish.

Part I of the First Schedule to the principal regulations, Amends the

shall be amended as follows

(a)

items 2 to 8B thereof shall be substituted by the

following

2. For the purchase of any firearm which requires a

licence and to keep such firearm during the year of its

and dispose of arms proper and ammunition in accordance

(a) To keep a place (Shooting Ranges) were target

shooting activities with licensed firearms are held, per
