IMMIGRATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2015

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Immigration (Amendment) Act, 2015, the Minister for Home Affairs

and National Security has established the 2nd August, 2016 as the

date when all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
