Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 5 of 2015)

(Amendment) Order, 2016

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Housing

Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 5 of 2015) Open official source

The title of this order is the Housing Authority (Transfer of

Assets) (No. 5 of 2015) (Amendment) Order, 2016, and this Order

shall be read and construed as one with the Housing Authority

2015. (Transfer of Assets) (No. 5) Order, 2015, hereinafter referred to as

“the principal Order”.

Reg. 2 Amends article 4 of the principal Order. — Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 5 of 2015) Open official source

In item (8) of article 4 of the principal Order, for the words

“flats numbered 5 and 6 are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 67990 and 67991” there shall be

substituted the words “flats numbered 6 and 7 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 67990 and 67991”.
