Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 2 of 2014)

(Amendment) Order, 2016

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Housing

Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order:-

The title of this order is the Housing Authority (Transfer of

Assets) (No. 2 of 2014) (Amendment) Order, 2016, and this Order

shall be read and construed as one with the Housing Authority

2014. (Transfer of Assets) (No. 2) Order, 2014, hereinafter referred to as

“the principal Order”.

In paragraph (a) of item (25) of article 4 of the principal

Order, for the words “flats numbered 6 to 8 Entrance B are registered

with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 65118 to 65120”

there shall be substituted the words “flats numbered 5 to 8 Entrance B

are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers

65117 to 65120”.
