COMMISSIONER OF LAND ORDINANCE

Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities)

(No. 5) Order, 2016

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the

Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made

the following order:-

The title of this Order is the Commissioner of Land

(Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) (No. 5) Order, 2016.

The lands described in article 4 of this Order are hereby

specified for the purpose of article 2 of the Commissioner of Land

Ordinance.

The rights and responsibilities relating to the lands

specified in article 4 of this Order shall, with effect from 12th July

2016, be deemed to have been exercised by Malta Industrial Parks

Limited (C 28965) as provided in the aforesaid article 2 of the

Ordinance.

The land referred to in article 2 of this Order consists of two

parcels of land, including any buildings, structures and dock thereon, at

Marsa shown bordered in red on plan P.D.2008_397_1D and marked

with the letters ‘A’ and ‘B’ respectively, which plan is enrolled in the

Records of Notary Anthony Hili by virtue of a deed of the 13th July
