Correction of Laws Order, 2016
(Eco-Contribution Act - Cap. 473)
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 4(3) and 7(3) of
the Statute Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made
the following correction
In paragraph 4 of the Third Schedule to the Eco-
Contribution Act, there shall be made the following correction, that is
to say the sub-paragraph starting with the words "Any information
required" and ending with the words "the information requested."
shall be re-numbered as sub-paragraph (2) thereof.
The Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government
has established the 1st September, 2004, as the date on which the
correction made by the Law Commission and published in this Legal
Notice shall be deemed to have come into force.
