Correction of Laws Order, 2016

(Development Notification Order - S.L. 552.08)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 4(3) and 7(3) of

the Statute Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made

the following corrections

In the Maltese version of Schedule I of the Development

Notfication Order there shall be made the following correction,

namely immediately after the words "iż-żmien tal-attivitajiet

okkażjonali" in paragraph (ii) of KLASSI 19 - ATTIVITAJIET U

FFILMJAR, before the proviso thereto, there shall be added the

following paragraph

"(iii) Attivitajiet ta’ offroading f’lokalità mmarkata

bħala żona ta’ offroading permezz ta’ sinjali approvati skont ir-

Regolamenti dwar is-Sinjali tat-Traffiku u l-Marki tal-

Karreġġata:"

The Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government

has established the 3rd June, 2016, as the date on which the correction

made by the Law Commission and published in this Legal Notice

shall be deemed to have come into force.
