Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction
(Amendment) Order, 2016
IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (1) of article
4 of the Child Abduction and Custody Act, the Minister for Foreign
Affairs has made the following Order
The title of this Order is the Convention on the Civil
Aspects of International Child Abduction (Amendment) Order, 2016,
and this Order shall be read and construed as one with the Convention
on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction Order,
hereinafter referred to as "the principal Order".
Immediately after the country "Gabon" and the relative
Date of Commencement "1st November 2011" in the Schedule to the
principal Order, there shall be added the following

1st July 2016".
