(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2016

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Employment and Training Services (Amendment) Act, 2016, the

Minister for Education and Employment has established the 15th

June, 2016 as the date when all the provisions of the said Act shall

come into force.
