REGULATOR FOR ENERGY AND WATER SERVICES ACT

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (4) of article

1 of the Regulator for Energy and Water Services Act, (Cap. 545), the

Prime Minister has established the 1st June, 2016 as the date when

paragraph (l) of sub-article (1) of article 5 of the said Act shall come

into force.
