Activities requiring Permit by Local Councils

(Amendment) Regulations, 2016

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 16 of the Trading

Licences Act, the Minister for Justice, Culture and Local

Government, in consultation with the Minister for the Economy,

Investment and Small Business, has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Activities requiring

Permit by Local Councils (Amendment) Regulations, 2016, and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Activities

requiring Permit by Local Councils Regulations, hereinafter referred

to as "the principal regulations".

Regulation 5 of the principal regulations shall be amended

as follows

(a)

in sub-regulation (2)(a) thereof, for the words "it-

Tokk" there shall be substituted the words "Pjazza Santa Sabina,

Victoria"; and

(b) in sub-regulation (8)(b)(ii) thereof, for the words "at

it-Tokk" there shall be substituted the words "in Pjazza Santa

Sabina".
