TRADING LICENCES ACT

Trading Licences (Amendment) Regulations, 2016

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 17 of the Trading

Licences Act, the Minister for the Economy, Investment and Small

Business, has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Trading Licences

(Amendment) Regulations, 2016, and these regulations shall be read

and construed as one with the Trading Licences Regulations,

hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

In sub-regulation (2) of regulation 27 of the principal

regulations, for the words "it-Tokk Victoria" there shall be substituted

the words "Pjazza Santa Sabina, Victoria".

In paragraph (f) of regulation 50 of the principal

regulations, for the words "it-Tokk Victoria" there shall be substituted

the words "Pjazza Santa Sabina, Victoria".

In regulation 52 of the principal regulations, for the words

"at it-Tokk Victoria" there shall be substituted the words "in Pjazza

Santa Sabina, Victoria".

Part I of the First Schedule to the principal regulations

shall bwe amended as follows

(a)

in type code 52.62C.1, for the words "it-Tokk

Victoria" there shall be substituted the words "Pjazza Santa

Sabina, Victoria"; and

(b) in type code 52.62D.1, for the words "it-Tokk

Victoria" there shall be substituted the words "Pjazza Santa

Sabina, Victoria".

In the Fourth Schedule to the principal regulations, for the

words "Victoria - It-Tokk and Pjazza Santa Sabina" there shall be

substituted the words "Victoria - Pjazza Santa Sabina".
