Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(4) of the

Owning and Keeping of Dangerous Animals Regulations, 2016, the

Minister for Sustainable Development, the Environment and Climate

Change has established the 5th May, 2016 as the date when the

provisions of regulation 4(7) of the said Regulations shall be deemed

to have come into force.
