Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme (Amendment)

Regulations, 2016

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 698(3) of the

Criminal Code, the Minister for Justice, Culture and Local

Government has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Criminal Injuries

Compensation Scheme (Amendment) Regulations, 2016 and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Criminal

Injuries Compensation Scheme Regulations, hereinafter referred to as

"the principal regulations".

In the Schedule to the principal regulations, the address

shown at the end of the said Schedule shall be substituted by the

following

"Department of Justice, Chateau De La Ville, 21,

Archbishop Street, Valletta.".
