Correction of Laws Order, 2016

(Development Planning Act, Cap. 552) - Correction No. 2

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the Statute

Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the

following correction

In the Maltese version of sub-article (4) of article 97 of the

Development Planning Act there shall be made the following

correction whereby immediately after the proviso thereof there shall

be added the following proviso

"Iżda wkoll appell minn avviż ta’ twettiq b’emerġenza jew

is-sottomissjoni ta’ applikazzjoni biex jinżammu fuq l-art bini,

xogħlijiet jew żvilupp jew biex jiġi sanzjonat kull użu tal-art li

għaliha jirreferi l-avviż ta’ twettiq b’emerġenza ma għandhomx

iwaqqfu l-effett tal-avviż ta’ twettiq b’emerġenza.".

The Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government

has appointed the 26th January, 2016, as the date on which the

correction made by the Law Commission and published by this Legal

Notice shall come into force.
