Correction of Laws Order, 2016
(Legal Notice 103 of 2016)
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the Statute
Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the
following correction
In Legal Notice 103 of 2016 there shall be made the
following correction whereby immediately after regulation 11
thereof, there shall be added the following regulation
The Advertisements (Regulation)
"Revocation of
Advertisements
Order, 1993, is hereby revoked without prejudice
(Regulation)
Order, 1993.
to anything done or omitted to be done
L.N. 171 of
thereunder.".

2. The Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government
has appointed the 29th March, 2016, as the date on which the
correction made by the Law Commission and published by this Legal
Notice shall come into force.
