Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Arbiter for Financial Services Act, 2016, the Minister for Finance has

established the 18th April, 2016 as the date when all the provisions of

the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
