Consumer Rights (Amendment) Regulations, 2016
IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by article 7 of the
Consumer Affairs Act, the Minister for Social Dialogue, Consumer
Affairs and Civil Liberties, after consultation with the Consumer
Affairs Council, has made the following regulations:-
The title of these regulations is the Consumer Rights Citation.
(Amendment) Regulations, 2016, and these regulations shall be read
and construed as one with the Consumer Rights Regulations, S.L. 378.17.
