Maritime Pilotage (Amendment) Regulations, 2016

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 43(3) of the

Authority for Transport in Malta Act and article 27 of the Ports and

Shipping Act, the Minister for Transport and Infrastructure, in

consultation with the Authority for Transport in Malta and with the

concurrence of the Minister for Finance, has made the following

regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Maritime Citation and

Pilotage (Amendment) Regulations, 2016, and these regulations shall commencement.

be read and construed as one with the Maritime Pilotage Regulations, S.L. 499.26

hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st January,

2016.

For paragraph 2 of the Schedule to the principal Amends the
