Correction of Laws Order, 2016

(ACT No. XV of 2016)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the Statute

Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the

following correction

Article 11(2)(b) of the Budget Measures Implementation

Act, 2016 shall be substituted by the following

"(b) paragraph (c) of article 12, and articles 16(a)(ii) and

(b), 19 and 20 as from year of assessment 2017.".

Article 31(2) of the Budget Measures

Implementation Act, 2016 shall be substituted by the following

"(a) articles 32 and 33 shall be deemed to have come into

force on 12 October, 2015;

(b) articles 34, 35, 36, 38, 39, 40 and 41 shall be

deemed to have come into force on 13 October, 2015; and

(c)

article 37 shall come into force on 1 January, 2016.".

2. The Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government

has appointed the 15th March, 2016, as the date on which the

correction made by the Law Commission and published by this Legal

Notice shall come into force.
