LOCAL COUNCILS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2015

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Local Councils (Amendment) Act, 2015, the Minister for Justice,

Culture and Local Government has established the 15th April, 2016

as the date when the provisions of article 4 of the said Act shall come

into force.
