Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of

article 1 of the Development Planning Act, and in exercise of the

powers conferred by sub-article (2) of article 1 of the Environment

Protection Act, the Minister responsible for Sustainable

Development, the Environment and Climate Change and the

Parliamentary Secretary responsible for Planning and the

Simplification of Administrative Processes have established the 4th

April, 2016 as the date of the coming into force of the following

provisions

(a)

all the provisions of the Development Planning

Act, Cap.552; and

(b)

the provisions of articles 3, 4, 5, 8, 31, 32, 39 to 44,

48 to 87 and the Schedule to the Environment Protection Act,

Cap 549.
