Notice of Coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Drug

Dependence (Treatment not Imprisonment) Act, the Minister for

Justice, Culture and Local Government has established the 15th April,

2015 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come

into force.
